2018 Client Satisfaction Survey

In 2018 Weiser conducted this survey of our client associations as part of our ongoing commitment to exceptional client service. The survey was designed to identify trends in order to shape strategies and prioritize systemic opportunities for improvement across the organization. We carefully reviewed all feedback and are determining ways to incorporate suggestions for new services into our client offerings in order to better meet your needs.

As part of our ongoing commitment to exceptional client service, Weiser recently conducted a survey of our client associations. We appreciate your candid responses. This document summarizes the overall results of the survey for your review.

The survey was designed to identify trends in order to shape strategies and prioritize systemic opportunities for improvement across the organization. We carefully reviewed all feedback and are determining ways to incorporate suggestions for new services into our client offerings in order to better meet your needs.

Response Rate

Weiser sent the survey to leadership of 44 international, national and state client organizations. Of 416 individuals surveyed, we received a response from 136, or 33% of them. We also had a 91% client participation rate – at least one response was received from 40 of 44 clients. The responses were overwhelmingly positive.
